The Sooner Theatre is located on Main Street in Norman’s historic downtown arts district and is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization offering year-round events including in-house musical theatre productions, concerts by nationally touring groups, special events and dozens of performing arts classes at The Studio of The Sooner Theatre. The programs of The Sooner Theatre are funded in part by the Oklahoma Arts Council, Norman Arts Council, City of Norman, National Endowment for the Arts and Republic Bank & Trust. Built in 1929 in the Spanish Gothic style by architect Harold Gimeno, The Sooner Theatre is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
Hours of Operation: Tuesday-Friday, 10am – Noon and 2–5pm. The box office is also open one hour prior to show time.

Directions: From I-35 in Norman, exit Main St. heading east, toward downtown. Stay on Main St. until you cross over the railroad tracks. The Sooner Theatre is the first building on the north (left) side of Main St.
